You cannot be a winner if you have an exagerrated self belief about your own strengths and a grossly distorted belief about weakness of the others. You cannot create team value then.
To win and create greater collective value than the sum of its parts, you need to have a deep appreciation of the strengths of others and a realistic assessment of your strengths.
Better you know your weakness well and realistically assess the strength of others.
