Blessed with talent, it would be a gross misuse to let it remain dormant and die out, slowly but surely. It is necessary for talent to be identified, tapped and nurtured to flourish.
Potential talent is critical. If you do not have the need , you can never imagine to have the plant. But the contrary is true as well. Infact worst .... to have the potential talent and then to let it waste away.
If you are blind, you will never find.But if you have it and can't use it, you loose it. It is like a blessing washed away down the drain.
A critical role for leadership is to develop the art of identifying potential talent and to then nurtured it to fruition till it flowers into a fruit-bearing tree.
