Mature Understanding superimposes itself over all situations and silently enables the leader to grasp the situation in its objective entirety such that it enables him to arrive at the right decision in the situation.
A Mature person is one whose agenda is objective and it equally revolves around others, as it does around self.The ability to get past one's own desire and be considerate towards the needs of others is a powerful mark of maturity.
