Often I meet professionals who seem frustrated at the lack of growth opportunities they find in their careers. Appears like they are expecting opportunities to be moving around the organisation with some placards declaring them to be that opportunity which you you were searching for.
Never seen that happening and you can keep waiting. Let the wise smell out those challenging opportunities and climb those tall mountains of challenges to establish themselves as the Winners of tomorrow
