Either time is right or you make it right ...
When you think time is right ... it is right. Don't wait. Rather invest to make that time right for you.
Time is neutral, you have to make it right if you believe it is not. And that only you can do.
This is in a way the diatribe of Success. Dharma, Artha, Kama and Mokha represent your actions (Purusartha) ... that what you can change and influence by your actions. Bhagya is fate for which you can easily blame God as you do not have power over the outcomes. Winners strongly believe in Purushartha ... the losers lament Bhagya.
