Whilst everbody acknowledges the fact that 'People' are the prime creators of value but there is always a subtle conflict around the fact..Who Owns The People Space??? The owners don't have the style nor know the art...the artists unfortunately, don't have the ownership. In the process, the conflict continues and people suffer.....each pretending that it is the others domain of action. If they don't know the art, build that capability. But let the debate end. People are critical and value resources of the enterprise. The CEO has to assume full responsibility for the same.
