Killers & Fighters - Both are winners
This is about 'Killer' and 'Fighter'..making them both - 'Winners'. Being born solo with deep survival instincts, given a situation of conflict where Q of survival is evoked,the instinctive pattern is to 'Confront'. Collaboration is a subsequently learnt behavior, evaluated only next by the mind, when Confrontation is not found to be a wise or a winning reaction. It takes a lot of serious 'life-script' Coaching for mind- models of leaders to be influenced...what is 'Winning', what is Corporate 'Power', 'Value Creation thru Values' etc. The idea is to influence & alter the leaders instinctive reaction of confront & win by power TO collaborate & win by influence.
