Creating Value through garnering collective diversity in the team The Power of a team is augmented when the diverse views in the group are patiently heard, collectively tackled and positively concluded. Not hearing a contrary view is the best way to not only to leave the dialogue suppressed but also leave the spirit disengaged and the team fabric, destroyed. Creating value thru garnering collective diversity is the hallmark of an inspirational leader. Most teams that I have been associated with have found the decisions of the previous team falling short of some dimension of thinking or the other. Only if all the diverse views held by different (not so powerful) constituents would have also been inclusively tackled, such a situation would not have prevailed.
