Returning to Austria post the War, Viktor Frankl the Psychotherapist wrote that not the best, the biggest or the strongest amongst them returned from the concentration camps at the end of the War. It was only those who succeeded in reconsiling with the reality and found a meaningful purpose of life thru that cataclysm and chaos, were the ones who survived to return. You anchor your moorings to that purpose in adverse moments and thus you survive, may be one day at a time.
